Most of the items on our website are produced in limited quantities and some are one of a kind. All items may not be in stock at all times. If an item is temporarily out of stock, we will contact you with a projected ship date. If you place an order for a custom made buckle, cufflinks, money clip, belt strap or jewelry item, we will provide you with a projected ship date prior to order placement. Items that are Sterling Silver or Gold with turquoise inlay or other stones may vary from item to item in color and possible appearance. If you make a specific request we will do our utmost to fulfill your wish.

We will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and carefully inspect your purchase before shipping. If any defect in material or workmanship occurs it will be repaired or replaced by the artist/silversmith. Returns will be issued a store credit or subject to a 10% restock charge. If you provide us with a belt size, please measure carefully. We cannot ensure proper fit if you do not give us a correct measurement. If you have any questions about correct size, please call our Toll Free number to discuss.

When you place an order with Subtly Southwest all of the information we receive from you is stored in a secure file at our business. Once you enter your credit card number, we do not display the entire number, only the first four digits. We do not share any information about your buying habits, email address, phone number or address with any other business or persons. The information you provide is only used for the purpose of filling your order and giving past customers announcements of special items and possible discounts or special offers.

All of the information on this website has been reviewed for accuracy, but omissions and errors do occur, and are subject to revision and correction. Prices shown are those currently in effect, but are subject to change without notice.

We will only ship to your credit card billing address or an additional shipping address that can be verified by your credit card company. We verify all addresses. A signature will be required upon delivery.
