Refund Policy

We will make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your purchase and carefully inspect your purchase before shipping.  If any defect in material or workmanship occurs it will be repaired or replaced by the artist/silversmith.  Returns must occur within 15 days of receipt. 

If you provide us with a belt size, please measure carefully.  We cannot ensure proper fit if you do not give us a correct measurement.  If you have any questions about correct size, (see FAQ) please call our Toll Free number (866-SSW-BELT) to discuss. 

Shipping Charges are not refundable.
